Yeah, for sure! We love showing people around. Just give us a heads-up if you can so we can make sure someone's available to give you the full tour. Walk-ins work too, but we might be mid-session with clients.

We're pretty quick - usually within a few hours during business days. If you reach out on weekends, you'll hear back by Monday morning. Need something urgent? Just call us directly at (604) 782-5940.

We've got a decent-sized lot right out front with plenty of spots. It's free parking and there's never really an issue finding a space, even during peak hours. Plus we've got bike racks if you're riding in.

Absolutely! First visit's on us - come try out a class or meet with a trainer to see what we're all about. No credit card needed, no pressure. Just show up ready to move and we'll take it from there.
